Craig Boreham - Director / Writer
Craig Boreham, is a Sydney based writer, director. A graduate the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS), Craig has directed ten short films, several ads, music clips and has worked extensively in the area of post production on many projects. Much of Craig's video and film work focuses on themes of sexuality and the politics of desire. His films have been seen in over 150 festival screenings and received numerous awards including “The City of Melbourne Best Short Film Award”, Melbourne Queer Film Festival, and Best Independent Film, Newtown Flicks Festival – Sydney.
His short drama TRANSIENT, premiered at the prestigious Berlin International Film Festival and was nominated for the Teddy Award for best short film. Craig was invited to return to Berlin as one of two Australian directors chosen to attend the Berlinale Talent Campus in 2006 with classes and seminars held by industry heavy weights such as Michel Gondry, Charlotte Rampling, Wim Wenders, Christopher Doyle, and Anthony Dod Mantle.
In 2008 a retrospective of Craig's work, CINEMA OF TRUE POISON was presented by Fundacion Triangulo in Madrid.

Miles Szanto - Writer
Miles is an Australian actor who has been performing professionally for a little over 10 years. He has completed extensive training as a performer at The McDonald College, Australian Theatre for Young People, Brent Street Talent Development High School, and in 2008 was invited to attend the prestigious Atlantic Acting School, founded by David Mamet and William H. Macy in New York City.
In 2001 he was cast in THE WIZARD OF OZ for SEL & GFO and also appeared on the Australian Cast Recording. The following year he scored a role in the Sam Mendes production of OLIVER THE MUSICAL (CamMac/IMG) . In 2003 Miles appeared in the television series SNOBS, for which he gained an AFTI award nomination, for Best New Young Talent. Following that he was given numerous presenting opportunities, such as K-ZONE TV, STUDIO DISNEYand AMTV.
Miles appeared as Marcus in Series 2 and 3 of the award winning television show, LOVE MY WAY and 2007 he took on the lead role of Kuru in Jonathan M Shiff’s action/adventure series THE ELEPHANT PRINCESS which has been broadcast worldwide and is currently in it’s second series. In 2008 he was awarded a Robin Anderson Award for Best Acting in a Short Film and Best Film for IDEALISME in which he acted and also co-created with Ben Wilson.

Annmaree J Bell - Producer
Annmaree is the producer and founder of Azure Productions, with over 15 years project management experience Annmaree most recently produced AFTRS graduate diplomia short films KISS with frail writer/director Alex Murawski and 50-50 with untouched writer/director Megan Riakos. In addition to the AFTRS slate, Annmaree produced shorts for Azure, The Bind with writer/director Michael Chrisoulakis, Blue Monday with Drowning writer/director Craig Boreham and her first venture Sanctuary with actor/director Benedict Samuel.
In 2010 she produced Craig Borehams AFTRS graduate diplomia B&W short portraying the final days of Italian filmmaker Paolo Pasolini, 'Ostia – La Notte Finale', their short 'Drowning' premiered in competition at Flickerfest and won Queer Screen 2011 as well as the 2011 Melbourne Queer Film Festival; her 2009 short 'Vinyl' won at the 2010 Hamptons Film Festival, 'Frail' won the Best Film award at both the 2010 Newtown Film Festival and the 2008 Bondi Short Film Festival. In 2009 Annmaree produced 'Drowning' and 'Vinyl' with the support of Screen Australia. She has also produced many music videos and corporate collateral.

Adam Howden- Director of Photography
Adam’s love of the visual image started at an early age and was formalised with his studies at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in the late 1990’s. A cinematographer, photographer and musician he lives and breathes creativity. With a passion for story Adam has proven himself not only as a cinematographer but also as a storyteller and collaborative filmmaker.
Adam has shot music videos for some of Australia’s best known artists including You Am I, Children Collide, Grinspoon, Kisschasy, The Avalanches and End of Fashion plus TVCs for RACV, Suzuki, Sidchrome, Yarra Trams, MTV, Triple M, Kellogg’s and Short Films for some of Australia’s best emerging directors.
With a growing list of Short Films, TVCs and over 30 music videos to his credit, Adam boasts a proven track record of tackling time and budget restraints capably and creatively.

Adrian Chiarella - Editor
Adrian Chiarella grew up in Sydney before studying at the University of Sydney and the Australian Film Television and Radio School.
Adrian’s career began whilst living in London and working as an assistant editor on various documentaries and independent feature films. He went on to edit a range of music videos and TVCs before returning to Sydney in 2006 to complete an internship with Australian writer-director Baz Luhrmann. This was followed by his employment with Luhrmann’s company, Bazmark Inq, over the following two years. He has since continued to work with Sydney-based filmmakers on short dramas, applying his passion for storytelling to a range of diverse and innovative projects.

Jasmine Christie - Production Designer
Jasmine relocated to Sydney from the Hunter Valley in 2008 after being accepted into the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) to study a Bachelor of Dramatic Art majoring in Design.
Production credits thus far include: Set and Costume Design for new Australian play, Motel (2009) directed by Paige Rattray. The production also toured as part of the Adelaide Fringe Festival in March 2010; Costume Design for Legend as part of the NIDA AFTRS feature film co-production 'Before the Rain'; Production design for music video June, for Triple J Unearthed finalists, Cameras, directed by Paige Rattray; Production Design and Costume design for the short film “Ping” written and directed by Dimitri Ellerginton.
Jasmine is currently designing both Set and Costume for the Dario Fo classic Accidental Death of an Anarchist directed by Darren Gilshenan as part of the 2010 Comedy season and later in the year will also design costume for Lost Illusions, a new work written by Alana Valentine and directed by Iain Sinclair.

Xavier Fijac - Composer and Sound Designer
Xavier Fijac is a multi-disciplined audio practitioner showing fantastic skills as a sound designer and already an accomplshed musician as a member of the band Decoder Ring. Xavier is based in Sydney, Australia and operates out of Plasma Sonic Productions. Xavier graduated in 2010 from the prestigious Australian Film Television and Radio School. Xav's newst tracks for Plasma can be heard on ABC3 as part of the branding package. |
